Absolutely! As long as you're not cutting the heads off live chickens and engaging in some Satanical worship, having fun on Halloween shouldn't be considered sinful. Lighten up and let yourself have fun.
Most people get a kick out of dressing up, pretending to be someone else for awhile, and enjoying a bit of spooky fun.
Halloween celebrations can be as wholesome or risque as you would like them to be. The choice is yours. And you needn't set your faith and principles aside to enjoy yourself.
Is it Wrong for a Christian to Participate in Halloween?

The Catholic Church took over the Druid pagan religion of Halloween. My Catholic Church All Saints has a saint parade of little children on All Hallow's Eve or Halloween during the evening vigil mass of All Saints Day. I think if you dress up as a saint or a Biblical character and attend a Harvest party there is no harm in that.
Understanding the roots of All Hallow's Eve will help you answer that question for yourself.
